1 PSC has ownership in a Joint Venture manufacturing facility located in Shajing, Shenzhen, China. This factory is dedicated to manufacturing DC Motors and DC Air Moving devices. PSC has its own full time engineering team based in the premises of the Joint Venture facility
2 PSCMF also has a directly held Chinese subsidiary company that is engaged in the sales and marketing of PSC products into Asia, with an experienced full time Sales team based in China. One of the PSC founders, Tony Danluck, lives full time in Shenzhen and manages all PSC Chinese activities.
3 PSC additionally works with a number of third party partner factories in China, Taiwan and Korea, all of which PSC or its founders have been dealing with for a number of years. All of the manufacturing partners are substantial entities, with long experience in their respective product areas. PSC has manufacturing agreements and confidentiality agreements in place with each of its manufacturing partners.
4 PSC is also in the process of setting up a manufacturing facility in India, to expand their global manufacturing footprint and to capitalize on significant sales enquiries from India.
