About PSC Motor & Fan

PSC Motor and Fan is an outgrowth of the 13 year old PSC Computer Products Corporation which was heavily involved in the manufacture of heatsinks and fansinks for companies such as ATI Technologies, HP, Cisco Systems, IBM, Intel and others. Because of the recent shift of design as well as manufacturing to Taiwan and Asia for heatsinks we have decided to focus our energy on the Motor and Air Moving Device product lines.

PSC Motor and Fan is  a California Corporation headquartered in Oxnard, CA with a Mainland China Operation consisting of a General Manager, Chief Technologist, a staff of seven Engineers, Quality, and Finance.

PSC Motor and Fan is a partner in a Joint Venture Factory in Mainland China in the Shenzhen area.  The other two partners in the Joint Venture are Revcor Corporation, a 35 year old, $100M plus US company based in the Chicago Illinois area, and Bao An Shajing Dong Chang Electric Motor Company. This factory will produce DC Brush motors, Fans and Blowers and leading technology AC and DC Brushless motors, Fans and Blowers.

PSC Motor and Fan is concentrating on larger, high performance Fans, Blowers, and Backward Curved Impellers. It is PSC M&F’s intent to offer both technology and quality comparable to the EBM product line. PSC  offers custom design capability for volumes starting at 10,000 a year.

PSC  has a partnership with a small but outstanding manufacturer of small to midsize fans located in Southern China near our Joint Venture factory.   

PSC has a Private Label relationship with a 22 year old company in France that manufactures the larger and more complex Blowers, Backward Curved Impellers, and Axial Grille Fans that are in this catalog.

PSC now offers a range of AC and DC Motors which are shown in the last section of this catalog.

The PSC Joint Venture factory is located on the Dong Chang Campus which provides a broad support infrastructure such as sheet metal fabrication , die casting, etc. This allows PSC to cost effectively offer Air Moving Devices in enclosures and trays.

PSC’s product offering consists of AC axial fans starting at 60 x 25mm with airflow of 19.5cfm on up to a 300mm Blade model with 1600cfm.

Backward Curved AC Impellers start at 135mm and go up to 310mm. These products compete on an equal basis with EBM.

The DC Axial fan product range starts at 25 x 10mm and goes up to 200mm x 71mm with 550cfm.

The DC Backward Curved Impeller product line starts at 100mm and goes up to 250mm with 1100cfm.

A wide range of DC and AC Blowers is also offered.

PSCM&F offers very competitive lead times, being  able to get product manufactured in 4 to 6 weeks.

PSC offers some high technology EC AC( Electronically Commutated)  fans that are also available with Ceramic Bearings for higher ambient temperature applications.
